Homo eximius (Latin: "super man") is the binomial nomenclature for an extant species of human that has been genetically modified to the point which they can no longer be classified as Homo sapiens sapiens. A further requirement is that their genetics are along the guidelines set down by the 2083 Vern Biodiversity Forum, essentially turning H. eximius into a clearly defined species.
The most common name for H. eximius is "Eximi", followed by "High Human".
H. eximius are the direct descendants of H. sapiens sapiens. Mackenzie Séville is the first living Eximi, and it is her genetics that are used for the larger Eximi blueprint.
